The Pass includes all the activities scheduled from thursday May 30th until sunday June 2nd. workshops, dj set and live shows.
The pass includes the welcome drink on thursday at 18.00
The pass doesn’t include the hotel reservation.
All Passess and Tickets are not refundable.
It’s possible to transfer the ownership of any pass or ticket until one day before the beginning of the event, informing the name change by email to info@forroroma.it
To have access to the event it is mandatory to stay at the resort, because is the only way to have access to the resort’s facilities.
It is a question of safety and insurance. The resort with all the facilities, as the swimming pool, are reserved for clients.
The pass will cover only costs for activities (lessons, DJ sets, Shows), while reserving a room in the resort allows you to have access to facilities (swimming pool, common areas, dance floor, beach beds and umbrellas, reserved room, breakfast and dinner all together), because stay all together is the mood of Italia Roots!!
In case of event cancellation due to COVID restrictions or any other force majeure, the tickets are not refundable.
The event will be run safely and in accordance with the anti-COVID regulations in force at the time of the event. The event organizers will keep informed all the participants of any changes in the local regulations.
By purchasing the ticket for the Italia roots 2024 I accept the conditions listed above and authorize the use of photographs and videos taken during the event activities. Such images may be used as part of any advertising initiative or action promoted by the event organizers, waiving any rights or compensation.
